Calibration Certificate Service

When an item is booked in, we offer a collection and delivery service using DPD. With this service, transit is fully traceable and a one-hour time window is provided for both collection and delivery whilst individual requirements can be specified on the DPD portal.

Alternatively, customers are welcome to make separate arrangements for delivery and collection, for example dropping a PAT tester off in person or using a courier service of their choice.

Upon receipt, we aim to calibrate and return your tester within 2 to 4 working days. We also offer an express option with a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround and even a ‘calibrate while you wait’ service for customers requiring urgent service.

Please note that our calibration service is currently unavailable in the Channel Islands.
