The 415V 32A 5-Pin Appliance Adaptor converts a 415V 32A 5-Pin socket to a 230V 13A plug which allows testing of 415V 32A appliances with 5-pin plugs, often found in three-phase factory equipment and machinery. It can be used to perform an earth bond continuity test and an insulation resistance test although it should not be connected to a mains socket and is unsuited to load/leakage and touch current measurements.
