When used with a 415V 32A appliance adaptor, the 415V 32A 5-Pin Extension Lead Adaptor can be used to perform polarity checking, insulation testing and continuity testing on extension leads found in three-phase systems used in factories and production facilities. It is compatible with any PAT tester and has a short 30cm length which minimises resistance. The adaptor should never be plugged into the mains.
