When an appliance fails a PAT test, a Fail Label must be used to indicate to employees and members of the public that the appliance is unsafe and is therefore not to be used. This roll contains 200 of these labels.
These 50mm x 25mm labels are made from a tough vinyl material and have a strong adhesive backing. There is room on the labels for the appliance ID, test failure date and the test engineer’s initials.
