The Kewtech EZYPAT PAT Tester allows the user to carry out 200mA continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, substitute leakage measurement and polarity testing. Continuity testing on Class I appliances and extension leads can be set as a quick test or a five-second test whilst a 250V test voltage for insulation allows resting on surge-protected extension leads. Accuracy is aided by a nulling function for test lead resistance.
The backlit digital display on the Kewtech EZYPAT glows red or green to indicate a PASS or FAIL alongside showing actual readings and results for each test. Separate automatic testing sequences for Class I appliances, Class II appliances and extension leads can each be initiated by pressing a clearly labelled button and testing is conducted accurately and quickly.
A range of useful accessories are supplied alongside the Kewtech EZYPAT. These include an extension lead adaptor, test probe, test lead, crocodile clip and carry case. The small size and low weight of the tester mean it is easy to transport around large sites so it is ideal for caretakers and other responsible members of staff in environments such as schools and large offices.
