Description

The Kewtech SMARTPAT PAT Tester combines the practicality of a handheld battery-powered tester with the advanced testing capabilities of a mains-powered model. It is the only battery-powered PAT tester on the market to perform 110V/230V load and run testing and testing on 10mA and 30mA portable RCDs. These functions sit alongside standard PAT testing functions like 250V/500V insulation resistance testing, 200mA continuity test, substitute leakage measurement and polarity checking.

Clearly-labelled buttons allow the user to initiate automatic test sequences for Class I appliances, Class II appliances and extension leads. The Kewtech SMARTPAT is compatible with the KEWPAT app which enables customisation of test sequences and remote control of the PAT tester. Readings are shown on the tester’s clear LCD screen which also glows red or green depending on whether the appliance has passed or failed the PAT test.

The Kewtech SMARTPAT comes with a range of accessories including an extension lead adaptor, earth bond test lead, carry case, mains lead, and crocodile clip. One charge of the battery can power approximately 1400 test sequences and the tester’s compact design is excellent for storage and transport.
