The Metrel GammaPAT Lite PAT Tester can be used to carry out appliance testing on Class I and Class II appliances as well as IEC extension leads. It can perform earth bond testing, insulation testing, leakage current measurement, and polarity checking and has a manual mode or automatic mode. An integrated calibration checkbox checks the accuracy of the tester in between annual calibrations for ongoing reliability.
Numerical test results and a PASS/FAIL indication are shown on the Metrel GammaPAT Lite’s clear digital screen whilst a red/green LED gives an immediate indication of the test result. Up to 1700 results can be saved to the internal memory and then recalled to the screen for later recording although it is only possible to download using software that is contained within the Metrel GammaPAT Pro Kits.
The Metrel GammaPAT Lite is available in two different kits. Kit A features a microwave leakage detector, various PAT test labels, a certificate pad, a register book and an IEC clover leaf adaptor. Kit B has all this plus a full IEC adaptor set, 110V adaptors for appliances and extension leads, and a socket tester. A full list of contents is available below.
