Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester

The Seaward Apollo 400+ PAT Tester is smart instrument that is ideal for high-volume testing that requires standard PAT testing capabilities. It has a 200mA earth bond resistance test, a 250V/500V insulation test, polarity testing, load testing and earth leakage current measurement, thus making it suitable for testing Class I appliances, Class II appliances and IEC extension leads as well as three-phase appliances and fixed appliances. Further test functions include alternative leakage current measurement, PRCD tests and power socket tests.

The Seaward Apollo 400+ shows readings alongside a PASS/FAIL on its colour display. It is also possible to navigate through the various functions of the tester using the onscreen menus and navigation buttons. The full QWERTY keypad allows the user to swiftly input data on individual appliances so it is easy to keep detailed records whilst the user can also set customised test sequences.

A large internal memory on the Seaward Apollo 400+ has enough space for 2000 records and these are easily navigable thanks to an enhanced interface. The readings can also be downloaded using the supplied USB cable Bluetooth connectivity can be used to wirelessly communicate with an optional printer and scanner, thereby facilitating rapid recall of appliance information and customised PAT label printing. Optional Seaward PATGuard 3 Elite software can also be used for downloading, analysing and reporting results in official formats.

An external rechargeable battery system means that the user of the Seaward Apollo 400+ will not suffer from unexpected down time. A spare battery can simply be inserted whilst the first is being recharged to continue testing. A range of accessories including a test lead, free software trial, IEC adaptor, USB download cable and a UKAS calibration certificate come with the tester as standard and it is covered by a 24-month warranty.
